a new begining (again)

So... actually yesterday I started back on WW and today I even broke out the ole journal again.
My goal is to be a size 8 by next years womans walk. But I can not just look at the larger goal I need to look towards smaller goals along the way......
So... a small goal would be to get back down.... strike that .... I do not want to say back down... I am just going to say that my first goal is to lose 10 pounds and that will put me on the right track.

I am going to use my blog to write down daily or weekly goals and to use as a tool to keep myself inspired.... so if anyone wants to read anything here... feel free but it isn't really for anyone but myself so I may ramble and not make sence to anyone but me.

Positive steps i took today....
Using journal, even looked up points of everything
looked at candy in drawer in Ralphs office but decided to have a rice crispy treat instead.
did not stop at KFC but came home and made myself a hamburger (Lean meat) instead.
Faster paced walking instead of strolling when at work.

Things I could of done a little better... (Room for improvment)
Better Planning... looking up or writing things down before eating them instead of afterwards
Planing what is for dinner and not leaving it to chance.
Buying more fruits and veggies
Try to get dairy in before all my points for the day are used up.
going for a walk after work... or maybe before... I could do it now but i am feeling a bit lazy.
start wearing pedomiter again.... it helps me get extra steps in.

Well i think that is it for today....
have a good night and I will chat a bit more later.
i may try to get some pictures posted with my blog in the future but after looking at my pictures from the womans walk i dont even want to see another picture of myself untill i lose some weight.
